Intrada Brass

Intrada Brass, a large brass and percussion ensemble performs as a British style brass band under the direction of founding music director, Bram Gregson. In 1998 the band began presenting public performances and has now completed its fifth season of self-presented concerts, including a season at Glenn Gould Studio at the Canadian Broadcasting Centre.
Among the great artists with whom Intrada Brass has performed are Canadian trombone aces Alain Tudel, Alastair Kay and brass trombonist Pierre Beaudry of l’Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal.

Guitar Quartet

The Canadian Guitar Quartet has often been featured on both English and French national CBC networks as well as on Radio Beethoven national broadcasts in Chile, Austria and on a world wide web cast by “Classical Guitar Alive” from the United States.
Since its first concerts in 1999, the CGQ has toured extensively in North and South America, from one standing ovation to the next, establishing its reputation as one of the foremost guitar ensembles in the world.

Susan Piltch (flute & piano) and Sharlene Wallace (harp) are a duo that perform on three instruments. Their repertoire spans classical, celtic and contemporary genres. Concert audiences will experience the music of Vivaldi, Donizetti, Faure, Miyagi, O'Carolan, Bolling. As well, they perform, many beautiful original compositions by both Susan and Sharlene. They have performed at the 4th Stage at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, for the Music Alive! concert series in Vankleek Hill, for the Sunday concert series at the Royal Ontario Museum, the Music for a Winter's Eve concert series in Toronto.

Peter Appleyard

Although Peter Appleyard is acknowledged to be one of the world's five top vibraphonists, he actually started his musical career playing drums.
In the past twenty years Appleyard has appeared at all the major jazz international jazz festivals; he has performed for many members of the British Royal family; he has worked with Hagwood Hardy, Maureen Forrester, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Vera Lynn, Dinah Christie, Gordie Tapp, the Toronto Symphony, the R.C.M.P. Musical Ride, Walt Disney and Henry Mancini, to name a few.
